Refund policy
We have a 3 Day Return policy, which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register a return order.
Return Registration Process (ONLY in case of damaged or wrong products):
Note: PRODUCT IMAGES/COLOUR MIGHT VARY SLIGHTLY DUE TO LIGHTS AND CAMERA. THAT WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS WRONG PRODUCT.
Step 1. Click on RETURNS option in the main menu & enter details.
Step 2. Our team will validate & approve your return based on the details shared. Pics of damaged product and opening video is a MUST.
Step 3. Order will be picked up (please use same packing box) from you and delivered back to us.
Step 4. Our team will quality check the products and initiate a refund voucher in the form of store credit or cash refund based on your choice.
Refund Terms:
Please note that refund is made only in case of damaged or wrong products. A gift coupon (Store Credit) or cash refund is allowed only for genuine disputes after verification and confirmation by our team.
Cancellation Policy
We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
